Katie and Allen's Ballard Wedding at Ray's Boathouse

Summer in Seattle is truly a paradise for nature enthusiasts, and being part of Katie and Allen's wedding in the charming Ballard neighborhood was a joy. From the lovely Air Bnb where Katie knitted while getting ready to their picturesque flower-studded portraits at the Ballard Locks, they effortlessly embraced a relaxed and local vibe throughout the day. Allen looked dapper in his crisp blue suit, while Katie radiated elegance in her beautiful lace dress, complemented by their unique paper bouquet and boutonniere. Although they opted for no official bridal party, Katie's sisters were def her entourage, and their guests certainly brought the energy, as evidenced by the lively dancing photos! Both the ceremony and reception took place at the delightful Ray's Boathouse, a premier location boasting one of the finest western views of the islands around Seattle and offering some of the freshest local seafood. The fact that all of this unfolded just a mile from my studio made it all the more special.
